Chella's has always been something we wanted to do. To also provide a place where people can 'Lepak' and have a nice chit chat amongst friends while enjoying food and Beers as well. Our goal of Chella's is to make people feel at home when it is as well close to the neighborhood of Bukit Rahman Putra.
